Following a 30 min free no obligation consultation -

During our free, no-obligation consultation, i will have the opportunity to meet, get to know each other, and share experiences. My primary goal is to ensure that your first impression is a comfortable and positive one. I'll take the time to understand your needs and concerns, and you can ask any questions you may have about the therapy process. This initial meeting is designed to help you feel at ease and determine if my therapeutic approach aligns with your needs.

Please note there is an additional £10 fee for any out of hours appointments 6pm onwards.
